Richard Halpern, a resident of the Gucci Courtyard, will be a judge, as will Cloud 10 owner Pearl Wortham; Nancy Mizelle of Commerce Bank; and Editor Pat Thomas of the Palm Beach Daily News.<br \/>\nShop owner Sherry Frankel, president of the Worth Avenue Association and the event&#8217;s &#8220;witchtress of ceremonies,&#8221; lauded co-sponsor Commerce Bank and acknowledged the generosity of The Variety Club children&#8217;s charity and the participation of Palm Beach Police Department.<br \/>\nRegistration will be from 11 to 11:30 a.m. in the entrance to the Gucci Courtyard, in the 200 block of Worth Avenue. The contest begins at noon.
